Thanks to the collaboration with different realities, MZ CONCEPT has the opportunity to follow its customers throughout the whole product development process from the design up to industrial production.

The prototypes  made with 3D printers or with real size or milled scale models (maquette in the automotive sector).

The design of the production molds for various transformation technologies, especially in the plastic materials sector such as injection molding, thermoforming, fiberglass with traditional and injected lamination, extrusion and blow molding, and consultancy on other technologies such as laser cutting or sheet processing.

The samples made from pilot molds or industrial molds that are necessary for validation and therefore needed for the transition to industrial production.
