2. Product development
In the design the idea is progressively elaborated, first with graphic sketches, then through more defined drawings or with the creation of a first three-dimensional study model. These are very important phases as they allow to experiment with the validity and actual feasibility of the project by making continuous corrections and changes.
The design finds further development in the execution of final technical drawings in scale performed on the computer through CAD and both solid and surface modeling programs. These software are continuously renewed in order to better simulate the structure of the future product and to study its volumetric, material and chromatic aspects in detail.
With the computer it is possible to detect and solve problems quickly and cheaply before proceeding with the realization of the different prototypes which, once evaluated and progressively corrected, lead to the final prototype, now very similar to the final product.
If everything works, once the real characteristics of the project have been tested, we move on to production, and finally to the distribution and sale.
